I am a political scientist and international law researcher whose work sits at the intersection of planetary resilience, emerging technologies and strategic foresight. At Cambridge, I research the governance of space and environmental technologies, particularly space-based Earth observation, GeoAI and environmental intelligence infrastructures in dual-use contexts.
